Anyone know how to start a petition for free online? NFL and BCS related?

I want to start a petition so that the NFL sends the best 6 teams to the playoffs,(6 per conference) not the division leaders. Why do we have to watch the NFC WAC, I mean NFC West to the playoffs when they are garbage? The BCS needs a playoff of 8 teams, even Obama said he wants a playoff. If the teams play more games it would add to more income for the schools, more airtime and more ***** in the seats, its ECO 101. Just noticed something, why is Obama misspelled in this forum, he is the next president? Fix this Yahoo! That is reason for a third petition. lol.

providers are privite companys that would be socialism at the least. But after Obama takes office you never know.
