Yea, I know this is “old old school” and not really looking for an answer. However, I’m “sharing”: I was in the position to meet alot of rock groups in the ’60′s in New Orleans at Tulane Stadium (ain’t there no-mo). I was too shy (and stupid) to ask for autographs….wish that was a do-over! So…I met Jimmy Hendrix, The Cream, Sly & the Family Stone, The Animals, Moody blues, The Turtles, and a few more that I don’t remember. Very cool to be asked to party with these ancients, eh? Thanks for letting me walk through memory lane!

There is a Pop & Rock singer who is 62 years old. She has a hit song right now and it has been the best song this summer. I am 46 and she was a hit when we were in Junior High. She has always been trying to do her best. She has gone through very rough times and I am so happy for her. I am going to ask Madonna to send a one sentence telegram or a short message to her to make her feel recognized at her concert on 3 september 2006. As Madonna wore a t shirt writing Kylie on it to support her through her sickness. It was so great example of human feeling.
It may not be easy to understand for you all but in a Muslim Country which had many decades of hard times economically, socially and politically, creates a very difficult atmosphere for artists. Especially for ladies who are trying to keep their dignity and class among the new and bold young aggressive stars of today. Thank you all in advance.

Hey people just to let you guys know I am only 21 and I pretty much like modern rock but I prefer classic rock. So yea I think my music spans from Pretty much early Yardbirds,Kinks, The Who, Beatles to current rock acts such as Razorlight, Arctic Monkeys, RHCP etc
I was just amazed that someone could have gone 17 yrs of their life and never even heard of Hendrix, Slash , Clapton etc
