I have a old rocking chair, On the bottom it says Lock 1776. I would like to know if its a antiq or worth $ ?

the chair is all black and has gold color painting of an eagle with a bunch of stars over its head.
I found another rocking chair on ebay, looks different but has the same sticker lock 1776. It also has some kind of numbers on the bottom written with chalk, just like mine.
